There are couple ways to activate your flexible spending card – by phone or online. To activate your card by phone please utilize the phone number on the back of your card and simply follow the steps provided.
Before starting you will need to have an Employee ID which may be your Health Plan Member number, social security number, Employee ID number, or alternate ID created by your plan administrator, including a Registration ID.
