Big Lots customers can utilize the Comenity Bank Big Lots website to apply for a credit card, register for an online account, or login to their account for 24 hour access.  The site also lists all of the card benefits along with perks and fees.

If you’re interested in applying for a credit card you can follow the steps listed below to inform you of what’s expected during the application process:

• Click the Apply button at the top of the screen

Read over the card terms to be sure you understand the card details and fine print

Complete the Your Personal Information section by entering your:

• Name
• Social security number
• Date of birth
• Annual income

Complete the Contact Information section by entering your:

• Zip
• Address
• Email address
• Mobile phone
• Option to add authorized buyer
• Click the orange Continue button to go to step 2 and 3

Big Lots Account Registration

After you’ve finished the online application process and been approved for a credit card the next step is to register your account online.  This allows you to manage your account and monitor all of your account transactions from the Comenity website. It also comes with a list of features:

• Big Lots bill pay
• View payment history
• View billing statements
• Update personal information
• 24/7 access to credit card info from computer, tablet, or smartphone

How To Register

• Click the “Register for Access” button or Register Now links at bottom of page under the Manage Your Account and Get 24/7 Online Access sections

Under Big Lots Credit Card Account enter:

• Credit card account number
• Zip code
• Social security number
• Last 4 digits of ssn
• Click the orange Find My Account button

Under Create Account for setting up your login credentials enter:

• User Name, Password
• Enter email address
• Enter mobile phone number
• Click orange Create Account button

Once you’ve completely setup your account the next step is to use your newly created login credentials to sign in to your account.

Big Lots Credit Card Payment Info

For many cardholders paying their monthly credit card bill online is the most convenient option for them.  The online service is free compared with the other Big Lots credit card payment options and it can be done from a public computer, home computer, mobile device, or smartphone.  Paying your bill while on the go is a convenience.

**Setup your personal checking account as a payment option.  You will need to store your checking account number and bank routing number inside your account for secure payment.  

Big Lots payments online can be made anytime of the day.  You will also be credited with payments the same day you make them if made prior to the 8pm Eastern standard time cut off of your scheduled payment due date.  If you pay after the 8pm time frame then your payment will reflect the following business day.

All payments will take up to 2 business days for the complete transfer is done from your bank account to comenity.net/biglots login.

As mentioned earlier there is no fee to use the online service for submitting payments.  If you select the other payment options there may be additional fees.
