How to Register My Duchess Crown Card

• Visit www.myduchess.com register

Enter the following details:

• Card number
• Registration code
• First name
• Last name
• Birthdate
• Phone or mobile
• Email address
• zip
• Username
• Password
• Check the Email opt in if you desire
• Click the REGISTER button

After you have gone through the myduchess.com register process the next step is to login to your MyDuchess login account.  Having online access to your account allows you to monitor your points and rewards via any computer, mobile device, or smartphone with internet access.

Register by MyDuchess App

Download the MyDuchess app from the app store or Google Play
