• Enter your gift card number
• Click the blue Continue button

After entering in your gift card info you will be able to see your card balance and any purchases that have been made via the card.  This information will be in real time.

After you receive your new American Express gift card with a balance there will be instructions on the card on how the card works including checking the balance.
