Royal Caribbean employees can access their company employee account online by visiting the MyRCLHome website. The site offers employees access to a number of features that are available to them 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Here are some of the features you can expect:
- Check your travel itinerary
- Confirm your ship assignment
- Before boarding submit necessary documents
- Access HR systems
- Search for shipboard jobs
- View all of your documents
- Receive company news
Accessing MyRCLHome
To get started with accessing your employee information here are some basic login steps:
- Visit www.myrclhome.com
- Enter your username and password
- Click the Log In button
For first timers logging in to the website the system will ask for verification by asking you to verify your email address
If it displays your correct email address click the Yes button otherwise click the No button
Your account will be activated if you answered Yes and you will need to click the Go to Login Page button
If you answered NO you will need to click the link “CLICK HERE to request a change of email”
The Email Change Request Form will display you will need to enter your name, email address, select your user type via the Myrclhome change password feature.
The system will email you a new password so you can login
If you requested to change your email address it will require several days to change
Once you receive your new password return to myrclhome.com and enter your login credentials
After you have successfully logged in select the system you would like to navigate to from the 2 options:
- RCLCrewTravel
- C-TRAC
Myrclhome Change Password Details
If you have forgotten your password there are steps you can take to retrieve or reset your password, here’s a few steps:
- Forgot password
- Visit myrclhome.com
- From the website click the “Did you forget your password” link under the Log In button
- This option will reset your password
Enter your email address you used to register and click the Send Password button
In your email inbox you will receive a new temporary password to that email address
If you are unsure which email address you used to register you can email shrss_support@rccl.com with your full name and employee ID
