Employees assigned to Compass Associate to access their paystub can visit the Compass Associate portal online. After registering for an account users will be able to login and view/download their paystubs at any time via a public, home computer, or mobile device.
How to Access ESS Compass Associate
To get started with utilizing the website users will need to first register for online access. Here is a simple guide on doing that:
- Visit www.ess.compassassociate.com login
- Click the Register link
- Enter the following details
- Personnel number
***this number can be found on your paycheck stub or you can see your manager
- Month of birth
- Last 4 of SSN
- First letter of last name
- Click the Next button
Continue on with the rest of the registration process which will include setting up your security questions and more. When you finish you will be able to enter your login info and have access to your paystub.
Forgot Password
If you at some point in the future forget the password you made you can have it reset by clicking the Forgot Password link.

You need to know your username and the security questions you setup during your registration. This info is needed to reset your password
Once you have completed your account setup, you can login to either compassassociate.com or ess.compassassociate.com. Understand your username will be your personnel number.

The website is only accessible by active associates. Employees are able to view their pay stub online and also download it for printing. By having access to your account you can view and download your paystub at any time. You only need to have a printer handy.
