How to Activate YourHealthFile Account
- Visit www.yourhealthfile.com activate my account
- Click the orange Activate Your Account button
Enter the following details:
- Username
- Password
- Date of birth
- Click the blue Submit button

How to Register YourHealthFile
- The first step to registering for YourHealthfile is to receive an invitation from your healthcare provider.
- Wait to receive a printed invitation from your healthcare provider
- Visit yourhealthfile.com activate my account from your home computer, mobile device, or smartphone
- Click the “Activate your account here” button above the User Login form
- An Account Activation screen will display
- In the “Username” field enter your temporary username and password
- Enter your date of birth
- Click the “Activate Account” button
- After you receive confirmation, the Update Account screen will display and you will be asked to enter your desired account details
- Complete the Update Account form
- Click the “Update Account” button
Logging In
When you login for the first time the system will show a check box asking you to confirm that you’ve read and understand this document and any information I supplied is true and accurate.
