• enter your User name and password
• click the Login button

For users who have not already registered for an online green dot platinum card login you will need to go through the enrollment process which includes:

• click the blue MAKE A PAYMENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT button

Currently the greendotcredit website only accepts payments via debit cards and the site no longer accepts more than one payment to your account in any rolling seven-day period.

• last name
• address
• state
• zip code
• click the Submit button

Continue on with the rest of the green dot platinum payment process which will require you to enter your debit card information and your payment will be electronically debited from your account.
