Payments can be made easily and quickly via the website.  No account is required, nor are usernames or passwords required.  Patients Availity will ask for your Statement ID and Access Code when you visit the site.  Both of these numbers are readily identified on your billing statement.

For payments via mail, refer to the mailing address highlighted on your bill if you aren’t comfortable submitting an online payment.  You can mail in a check for the amount owed.  In order to verify that your payment has been processed, you will need to check your account after 5 to 7 business days.
