Randstad employees can login to view their personal benefit information at https://www.powerofready.com/randstad.html.  The site is sponsored by Aetna and is an online resource for employee benefits.  Employees can access their information 24 hours a day 7 days a week by simply typing in their login credentials.  They can see what benefit plans they’ve signed up for or preview benefits they are eligible for.

Randstad ESS

Randstad temp employees are offered health insurance benefits pursuant to the Affordable Care Act that states all large employers are mandated to offer medical insurance to full-time employees including their dependents.  Employees of Randstad have the option to accept the coverage offered by the company or decline coverage.  Currently there are 2 plans offered for employees to select from which are an Aetna Fixed Indemnity Plan or an Aetna MedSure Plan.  Employees who elect to receive benefits will have to wait 30 days (medical orientation period) before being eligible to receive benefits.

To learn more about the health insurance coverage offered by Randstad employees can visit the Randstad Benefits Employee Portal style=”font-weight: 400;”> and review the Summary of Benefits and Coverage.  At the site users will need to login using their Randstad login credentials (User ID and Password).  The User ID should consist of the employee social security number + 613 without any spaces and the password consists of the last 4 digits of your social security number.  Once logged in to the site users can review all of the plan documentation and make a decision if they want to accept coverage or decline.

Users who may experience problems logging in to the website can call by phone and speak with a Benefits Counselor via their Customer Support Center at 1-866-922-1899.  The hours of operation to speak with someone are Monday – Thursday 8am – 7pm CST and on Friday’s 8am – 6pm.  

Randstad Benefits

Here is a brief highlight of what each plan offers:  

Aetna Fixed Indemnity Plan:  Set cash amount for medical expenses, doctor’s visits, urgent care, labs, x-rays, prescriptions, hospital expenses, etc.  The plan pays then you pay.  After the plan has paid out you will be responsible for the difference.  There are no deductibles or copays.

Aetna MedSure Plan:  Major Medical Catastrophic Plan (no pre-existing condition exclusion) hospital inpatient and outpatient surgery coverage.  No lifetime dollar claims limit after deductible is paid.  $4,000 individual deductible.
