CareCredit customers that received their new Mastercard in the mail can activate and login to their account online at www.carecredit.com/mastercard.  Certain customers are selected to receive an upgraded CareCredit Rewards Mastercard.

CareCredit Rewards Mastercard Activation

There are 2 ways customers can activate their new Mastercard, by telephone or by online.  To activate your card by telephone call 1-866-748-1956. There is an automated phone service when you call the toll free number so please have your credit card number handy for inputting.

To activate your card via the online website please follow these simple instructions:

• Visit carecredit.com/mastercard
• Click green Activate Now button in upper right corner
• Enter your account number
• Enter your 3 digit security code
• Enter the last 4 digits of your ssn
• Enter your date of birth
• Click gray Activate button

To take advantage of this offer you will need to activate your new CareCredit Rewards Mastercard prior to the deadline date.

First Time Card Registration

For first-timers that have not enrolled in the online service you will need to follow very similar steps as the activation process:

• Visit carecredit.com/mastercard
• Click green register button on homepage
• Enter your account number
• Enter your 3 digit security code
• Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number
• Enter your date of birth
• Click gray Continue button
• Continue with verification, profile setup, and confirmation

After completing the enrollment process and creating your login information you can sign on to your online account with your created User name and Password.
