Wawarewards – Sign In & Check Balance

Wawa Rewards program members can utilize the Wawa Rewards mobile app or the online website to manage their rewards account.  From either option cardholders can enroll in the program and monitor their balance.

For being a frequent customer of Wawa’s cardholders can earn coupons and be automatically entered into Wawa Sweepstakes.

Register and Login Wawa Rewards Program

As mentioned earlier there are 2 ways customers can get started and participate – online or by app:

Register Online

• Visit www.wawarewards.com

Find and click “Not a Member? – Sign Up Now” link

Enter the following details for enrollment:

• First name
• Last name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Email address
• Phone number
• Create a password
• Click the red Continue button

Register by Mobile App

• Download the app from the Apple App store or Google Play Store
• Click the Register Now link to create a Wawa Rewards account
• Complete the registration form

To Sign In

• Enter your email address and password
• Click the Sign In button

After registering cardholders can now make their first purchase using the Wawa App, Wawa Rewards Key Card, or a registered Wawa Gift Card to start earning rewards.

Check Your Wawa Gift Card Balance 

For cardholders that do not have a Wawa account at wawarewards.com use the check balance feature on the homepage

• Visit www.wawarewards.com

Under Check Your Wawa Gift Card Balance section enter in:

• Wawa Gift card number
• PIN
• Click Check My Balance button

How Wawa Rewards Works

After you’ve completed the enrollment process you are ready to begin earning rewards on eligible purchases via your account.  When you visit a Wawa’s store and want to begin earning follow these steps:

• Select an eligible purchase
• Go to checkout
• Scan your rewards card in your Wawa app at checkout OR have the Associate scan the card
• Pay with cash, credit card, debit card, gift card, or the Wawa app
• Earn a reward for every $50 you spend on eligible purchases

Another benefit for registering is if your card is ever lost, stolen, or damaged through your account you can report the incident and have the card replaced.
