Meijer Accountonline – Login to Citibank Account

Meijer credit cardholders that have transitioned from the Comenity web portal can now access their account online via Citibank.  All of the same account features you had access to with Comenity are available with the Citibank credit card portal.

To get started with accessing your account follow these steps:

• Visit www.meijer.accountonline.com

Since the transition every cardholder will need to set up an online account.  So with your card handy click the blue Set Up Account button. Enter the following details to verify your card info:

• Card number
• Name that appears on your card
• Security code from the back of your card
• Last 4 digits of the primary cardholder’s SSN
• Click the blue Verify button

After following the above instructions you will need to continue on with the rest of the registration process including creating your login credentials and setting up your security protocols.  At the end of the process you will be able to login to your new online account.

Pay Meijer Credit Card

There are a few ways to pay your Meijer credit card bill each month – online at meijer.accountonline.com, by phone, mail, or in person.  Paying your monthly credit card bill is easy and convenient from the Meijer Accountonline. You only need to have your account already setup including your payment info stored and you can make a couple clicks and your bill is paid and posted the same day.

To pay online simply need to store your bank checking account info and pay via electronic debit from your checking account.

With the new merger and new online account access cardholders should do the following:

• Destroy their old card
• Contact your creditors that utilized your old card info for payments and update with the new card info
• If you have your old Meijer credit card info tied to your mPerks account you will need to update your mPerks account with your new Meijer credit card account number
