Enter the following info:

• 16 digit mywisely activate card number
• Expiration date
• Click the Continue button

During the process of activating your card you will need to create a PIN number.

How to Register Your MyWisely Account

To get started with the registration process you will need to follow these instruction:

• Click the Login button at the top of the page
• Click the blue Get Started button

Enter the following info:

• Card number
• Expiration date
• Security code on the back of your card
• Social security number
• Click the Next button
• Create your login credentials

How do I transfer funds from Mywisely card to my bank account?

If you have established an online Mywisely account you can do the following:

• Login to mywisely.com
• Click the transfer arrows located in the upper right corner
• Select Transfer Money
• Enter your bank routing number and account number of the bank you want to send money to
• Complete the transfer

There is a bank account verification process you will need to begin before you’re able to transfer money.  It usually takes up to 3 business days to enroll and validate an account before transferring funds is possible.

How long will it take to get my personalized Mywisely card via mail?

Your personalized card should arrive in the mail within 7 to 10 days after you’ve enrolled in the program.  You can always call customer service to check the status.
