Pasco County residents can make their utilities bill payment online at https://pascoeasypay.pascocountyfl.net/. The site will accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
The Pasco County Utilities Online Payment Center is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for customers to make their utilities bill payment online. The online bill payment service is a free service that is a convenient option for customers to pay their bills from their home computer or while on the go using their smartphone/mobile devices.
Pasco Easy Pay Online
At the site customers have the option to make a one-time payment each month or they can sign up for electronic payments to be drafted from their account automatically. If you’re interested in paying by electronic payment you will need to download and complete the Pasco County Utility Billing Electronic Funds Transfer Form from the website. After completing the form simply mail it to:

There is also the Easy Pay option that customers can pay their monthly utilities bill using their debit or credit card. Simply visit Pasco County Utilities Online Payment website and select Quick Payment on the left side of the screen. Enter your customer number, account number, then enter your payment details. All payments that are made through the online service will reflect on the following business day. When using your credit card information please note that your credit card details will not be saved in the system. Credit card information is discarded after the payment has been processed.
Customers whose utilities service have been disconnected due to non-payment can get their services restored as early as the same day if they make their payment prior to 2:30pm. Services for payments made after 2:30pm will be restored the following business day, so please consider the weekends when making your payment.
