• Account number
• Access code
• Date of birth
• Click the blue Look Up button

When your patient account is found you will be able to view your outstanding balance, view your bill, and make a payment online.

The Patient Accounts web portal is available for customers to view their account information and pay their bill online.  Customers can utilize the site 24 hours a day 7 days a week and it is accessible via mobile devices and smartphones.

If you’ve recently received a bill that indicates you still owe on services that weren’t covered by your healthcare provider individual payments on those services can be made online at Patient Accounts.
