HRRG Debt Collections is a 3rd party collection agency that has been hired by a creditor to collect a debt that is owed by a client. It will next ask you for the last 4 digits of your/or patient’s social security number. After you’ve entered in those details your account information should be displayed.
HRRG Debt Collector Payment Options
Clients paying their bill have the option to pay using their credit card. This form of payment can be used via the hrrgcollections website or by telephone or mail. The online service is fast and will accept payment 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
If paying by mail you will need to supply your credit card details on the back of the notice you received. Also by mail you can pay using a check or money order payable to the creditor along with the payment voucher and postage paid envelope attached that accompanied your notice.
