Consumers that have purchased a starter MyVanilla Card before using it will need to activate or register the card online.  The registration process is simple and quick but when you register you will be able to have an online account to manage your spending along with other card management features:

• Transfer funds to other MyVanilla cardholders
• Setup Text/email alerts
• View your transactions
• Setup direct deposit

How to Register at MyVanillaCard

• Visit www.myvanillacard.com register
• Enter your card number and security code
• Click the Submit button

The online registration process requires you to enter your social security number or any other valid form of ID.

How to Get a MyVanillacard

There are several retailers where consumers can find the MyVanillaCard sold.  Here is a list of retailers where they are stocked:

After you purchase a card register it online at myvanillacard.com register.  When it has been registered it can be used for purchasing.

Cardholders can manage their account via the MyVanilla App.  It has the same features as the online service.  So if you want to check your balance while away from a computer you can simply use the app to retrieve that information.

Walmart Rapid Reload via the register

When using the card at checkout follow these steps:

• Present your card
• Choose “credit” to sign the receipt or “debit” to enter your PIN
• At the same time your card balance will be reduced according to your purchase
