If you have received your new Netspend card in the mail and have signed up for the Netspend All-Access Account, you can activate it online.  To activate, just follow the instructions.  Activating your card allows you to use it at your convenience.

The next step is to visit the Netspend activation site after receiving your new debit card:

• Enter your card information which includes:
• Card number
• Security code
• Click the gray Continue button

Set up your online account, which you can use to monitor and manage your account.  Your card is now ready to use after you’ve set everything up.

If you’ve already registered for an online account enter your username and password. Click the Login button.

How to Register for an Online Account

If you have not previously registered for an online account click the Register for Online Access link at the bottom of the allaccess netspend login page and enter the following details:

card number
security code
click the Continue button

Continue on with the rest of the registration process which will require you to create your login credentials. When you’ve finished registering the next step is to use your login credentials to access your account.

How do I deposit a tax refund into my All-Access account?

Directly deposited tax refunds do not require paper checks. If you are doing your own taxes, tell your tax preparer your Routing Number and Account Number, or place them in the designated sections.

What is the procedure for checking my Netspend account balance?

You can view your balance, your deposits, and transactions at no charge through your Online Account Center after you’ve activated your card at netspendallaccess.com activate debit card. To receive a text message with your account balance after each transaction, sign up for Anytime Alerts. If you call the number on the back of your card, you will be able to find out your account balance over the telephone. Customer service representatives are charged a fee.
