Consumers/employees that have a Netspend Skylight One card can get started using their card for purchasing by first activating it online at the activation website.  The site is available 24/7 for users to access but first here’s a few steps to follow:

Steps to Follow for NetspendSkylight Activate

• Visit www.netspendskylight.com/activate
• Enter your card number and card security code
• Click the gray Continue button

After your card is successfully activated the next step is to register for an online account so you can monitor your spending.  An online account is useful for cardholders to manage their spending along with other features such as:

• Pay bills
• View transactions
• Add direct deposit
• Monitor your cash back rewards
• Anytime alerts
• Add funds

Check Your NetspendSkylight Card Balance

One of the most popular reasons why cardholders access their account is to view their account balance.  This is done while on a home computer or mobile device.  Here is how that is done:

• Log in to your Online Account Center
• From the Account Center page you will notice your card details including your card balance and deposits

Anytime Alerts

Another option to receive your account balance after activating your card at netspendskylight.com/activate is to sign up for Anytime Alerts.  After every transaction of your account, it will send you a text message that includes your card balance.

Text BAL

The third option to receive your card balance is to text BAL to 22622.  After sending the text you will be sent your account balance in your mobile phone.

Call Customer Service

The fourth option to receive your card balance is to call 1-866-387-7363 customer service and for a small $.50 fee they will tell you your balance over the phone.

Visit an ATM

The fifth option to receive your card balance is to stop by any ATM and enter your card and do an inquiry.
