Rocket Mortgage customers can access their online mortgage account via the RocketAccount login page. The account was formerly www.myql.com but has been moved to the new Rocket Account loginsite. All of the same features you were familiar with from the old website are retained with the new url.
To get started with accessing your mortgage account online through Rocket Mortgage customers can follow these brief instructions:
***If you created an account after December 2017 your email address is your username
Forgot Username
Click the “Forgot Username link”
Enter in your email address and click the green Send My Username button
Forgot Password
Click the “Forgot Password” link
Enter your username and click the green Submit button
The rocketaccount.com web portal is a login and account support site for the following Rocket Mortgage services:
Customers that have an online RocketMortgage account can login online at the www.rocketaccount.com website.
From your online account you can manage/monitor your Rocket mortgage from your home computer or mobile devices. You simply need a web browser and internet connection to login to your account.
There are a number of features that customers can expect with a RocketAccount. Here are a few benefits to managing your account online:
Customers that have a Rocket Mortgage can also access their account via the Rocket Mortgage app. The app has many of the same features as the online login. You can receive push notifications of payment due dates, access to loan documents, tax forms, etc.
The app can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store to your Android or iOS devices.
