The Suntrust Online Banking login is an online web portal designed for Suntrust bank customers to login and manage their account.  For customers that haven’t utilized online banking there are a number of reasons why you should start:

First timers – Registration

For first time users of the site who have not already registered for an online account you can follow these steps for registration:

  • From the homepage Click the “Sign Up Now” link

There are 4 steps to sign up for Online Banking which require you to have the following accounts:

  • Checking
  • Savings
  • Money market
  • Mortgage
  • Loan
  • Line of credit
  • Personal credit card
  • Investment services
  • Trust account

The next step is to select one of 4 options:

  • SunTrust Debit Card
  • SunTrust Account or Loan Number
  • SunTrust Personal Credit Card
  • SunTrust Investment Services or Trust Account
  • Click Begin Enrollment button

Depending on what you select you will need to continue on through the rest of the enrollment process which includes verifying your account, setting up your security features, and establishing your login info.  

Suntrust Mobile App

Another electronic digital banking option for Suntrust customers is the Suntrust Mobile App.  You can download the app to your mobile devices from Google Play or the App Store. From the app you can access:

  • Check balances
  • View history
  • Search up to 180 days of deposit account transactions
  • View check images
  • Transfer funds
