New Surge Mastercard members that recently received their card in the mail before they can use their card to make purchases will need to go through the card activation steps. There are a couple ways to activate your Surge Mastercard, by phone or online.
On your card there is a website listed for activation purposes. Visit www.surgecardinfo.com activate card and select the “Activate My Card” button and enter the following info:
To activate your card by telephone you will need to call the phone number on the back of your card or on the literature that was mailed with your card.
After you’ve successfully activated your Surge Mastercard it will be ready for making purchases.

If you forget your username you will need to enter the following info for retrieval:
Last 4 digits of your account
Last 4 digits of your social security number
Billing zip code
Click the blue Next button
Forget Password
If you forget your password you will need to enter your Username then a link will be sent to your email address to have your password reset.
