Use Blue Rewards – Redeem BCBSNC Blue Rewards

Members of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina Blue Rewards Health & Wellness Program can redeem their Blue Rewards online at www.usebluerewards.com.  Individuals that register with Blue Rewards can view their rewards balance and choose a gift from the online catalog.

How To Access BCBSNC Blue Rewards

To get started with accessing your Blue Rewards account and selecting your gift card you will need to register first.

• Visit www.usebluerewards.com
• Click New Account? Start Here link at top right of page

• Enter your member ID which can be found on your member ID card.  It is made up of your Subscriber ID followed by your 2 digit member code
• Enter the captcha code
• Click the blue Search button
• Complete the registration process which includes setting up your login credentials (email address and password)

To login to the Blue Cross Rewards site users will need to locate the sign in section of the site at the top right of the page.  Click the dark blue Sign In button and enter your email address, password, then click the Sign In button.

You will need to sign in to your account anytime you want to redeem your rewards to select a gift card to order.  Signing in is also necessary when you want to check your Order History and add a gift card to your Wish List.

When visiting bcbsnc.com/usebluerewards visitors have a number of options available to them.  From the menu bar they can navigate to different sections of the website. The sections are listed below:

Rewards Tab

From the Rewards Tab users can scroll through the list of gift cards that are available for them to choose.  There are pages of reputable merchants that offer gift cards from $10 to $100. Depending on how many rewards dollars you’ve earned you can make your selection.

You can also utilize the filter section to search for gift cards by category, $ value, merchant name, and how many gift cards you want visible on your page for searching.  This feature helps you to quickly find the perfect gift card you’re interested in and place your order.

Blue Rewards is a unique way for members enrolled in the Blue Cross of NC medical plan to get rewarded for an active lifestyle.  Members over the age of 21 can join and get started. By placing a dollar value of certain healthy activities members are getting rewarded.
