Cardholders of the All Rewards credit card Mastercard can access their account online using the web portal serviced by Comenity Bank.  The site is available for Ann Taylor Loft credit card customers to use to manage their credit card account.  Here are some of the features:

Steps to Logging In All Rewards

• Visit All Rewards Mastercard Login
• Enter your username and password
• Click the red Sign In button

First Time Users

• Visit All Rewards credit card login
• Click the Register for Online Access link

Enter the following info:

• Credit card account number
• Zip code or postal code
• Last 4 digits of your social security number
• Click the red Find My Account button

How to Activate Your Card

Before a cardholder can begin using their new card they are required to activate their card online or by phone.  Here are steps to doing so:

Call All Rewards Mastercard customer service at 1-866-931-5076

OR

Visit All Rewards Mastercard Login

Enter the following info:

• Credit card number
• Expiration date
• Last 4 digits of your social security number
• Zip code
• Click the red Continue button

Card activation is necessary for all new cards including for cardholders that reported a lost or stolen card then receiving a replacement card.  The replacement card needs to be activated before using it.

After you have activated your new card the next step is to destroy the old card.  It is no longer active.
