How to Pay Erstatement Bill Online
Consumers that have a bill to pay can start the bill paying process by following these instructions:
- Visit www.erstatement.com
***Have your recent statement handy as you will need the patient account number, password, and amount owed which are noted on the bill.
- Enter your Client number
- Enter your account number
- Enter your password
- Click the Login button
If you experience trouble logging in to your account due to forgetting or not knowing what your password is from the homepage click the “Click here to locate your login password” link.
The link offers a diagram of your billing statement showing where on your statement you can find your password. It is typically located in the black shaded box in the center section of your statement.
Once logged in to the erstatement.com system you will be able to view your account online and the total payment owed. Patients can submit a payment by credit card or electronic bank draft. If you are paying by credit card you will need to enter your credit card number and if you’re paying by checking or savings account you will need to enter your bank’s routing number including your account number.
