What is the First Premier Credit Card?

There are 2 Premier Bankcard credit cards, the Premier Bankcard Mastercard or the Premier Bankcard Secured credit card.  Both cards are geared towards individuals with no credit history or for those trying to build up their credit.  

The typical credit score of a potential applicant is 500 or less.  The credit limit varies but tops out at $700 for the Mastercard and $5,000 for the Secured credit card depending on a security deposit.

The max APR is 36% on the Mastercard and 19.9% on the secured card.  Both cards have an annual fee and both require a program fee when they’re approved.  

How Do I Activate My First Premier Credit Card?

To activate your First Premier credit card cardholders can either call the number on the back of their credit card or activate their card online.  Here is how to activate your credit card online:

Continue on with the rest of the activation process which includes entering in some personal and credit card information.  You will also be creating your login info and password and at the end of the activation process you should be able to login to your online account.

Input your username and password then click the Sign In button at the top of the homepage to sign in.  

How to Retrieve Username and Reset Password

If you have forgotten your username or password there is a self-help option that will allow your username to be retrieved and your password reset.

  • Enter your credit card number and social security number below and select Forgot Username or Forgot Password.

Cardholders can pay their monthly credit card bill by phone, by mail, or online at openmypremiercard.net activate card.  The information for making payments by phone and by mail has already been mentioned in this article.  To pay online from their account cardholders will need to have a registered account and simply login.

They can post a same day payment by storing their bank routing number and bank checking account number.  This service is free.

Pay by ACI Payments

There is another payment feature that allows them to pay via debit card, it is ACI Payments, Inc.  It comes with a $3.25 fee and you will need to follow the instructions on their website to complete the payment.
