Credit One Bank credit card customers can opt to make their monthly payment online at the www.creditonebank.com pay bill online service.  The homepage of Credit One offers members the option to sign in to their online account along with other features including paying their bill.  

Credit One Bank Payment Online

There are a number of options available to cardholders to pay their monthly credit card bill.  Members can consider paying by mail, Western Union, Moneygram, and online. The easiest and more convenient option for most individuals is online at the Credit One homepage.  This option allows you to make a payment 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Users can pay from their home computer or mobile devices while on the go.

Register for Online Access

The first step towards using the online bill pay service is to register for an online account.  For first-timers that haven’t gone through the process select the “Set Up Online Account Access” link from the homepage.  Complete the Online Account Access registration form by entering in the following details:

• Name
• Email address
• Social Security Number
• Credit card number
• Good thru date in this format mm/yy
• Signature panel code (3 digit code on back of card)
• Create username/password

Once you’ve completed this process you will now have access to your Credit One Bank new account login.  

Credit One Sign In Features

Once a member is signed on to their account the first page they will be on is their Account Dashboard that provides a snapshot of their account.  It shows information such as the following:

• Credit card balance
• Payment due date
• Minimum payment
• Total credit limit
• Total available credit
• Credit limit for cash
• Available credit for cash
• Last statement balance
• Total transactions
• Total payments & credits
• Rewards earned

To make an online payment the section to select is the Pay Bill button.  In this section you will have two bill pay options.

Express Payment and Standard Payment

To pay your bill look for the Pay Bill button on your Credit One Bank bill pay account dashboard.  You have 2 types of payment option which are the Express Payment and the Standard Payment.  The Express Payment allows you to use your debit/ATM card to pay your credit card bill. This option has a $9.95 fee but allows your funds to be available the next day if you pay prior to 2pm Pacific time.

Any payments made after 2pm Pacific time funds will be available within 2 days of paying.  For Express Payments made with the direct debit feature (payments coming from your bank account) the first $100 of your payment will be made available the next day for payments made prior to 2pm Pacific time and afterwards.  The rest of your payment balance will be available within 7 days.

Members that use the Standard Payment option which is only available for bank account electronic drafting, your payments will post within 7 days.

Other Credit One Credit Card Payment Options

Cardholders that are interested in other payment options can mail in their payment, use Western Union, or use MoneyGram.  Below is the information required for these options.

MoneyGram ExpressPayment

• Provide 16 digit Credit One Bank credit card account number
• Receive Code: 1430

Western Union

• Provide 16 digit account number
• City code – CREDITONEBANK
• Code state – NV

When using either MoneyGram or Western Union know there is a fee for these services.  You will have to pay your payment amount and the small fee for using the service.
